Winter Recital 2023

Another wrap up to an amazing season of song, performance and piano! Skyline Music held its annual Winter Recital today and what a day it was. The weather was cooperating the talent was bursting. We held 3 individual shows to a packed crowd and over 70 performances ranging from Christmas, Modern, Jazz, Pop and Classical. We were excited to debut some adult performers this season with incredible pieces to share with the rest of us. Proof that music performance isn’t always limited to our little ones. This particular recital also featured 2 of our senior teachers performing pieces for the audience, Lisa and Megumi. What a way to say goodbye to 2023. Polaris Centre for Performing Arts outdid itself on the decor of the theatre and the stage (notice those HUGE life-size bows).  We are always thrilled to be sharing our performances in a gorgeous venue with the favorite Steinway Model D grand piano (lovingly nicknamed Prince Henry!).
