Winter Recital 2025!

Another amazing winter recital has just wrapped up for the students, families and teachers of Skyline Music. With record participation (almost 80 students) and attendance (over 200 people), we hosted a full afternoon of song and performance at the Polaris Theatre in Balzac. We had a huge variety of students performing with all ranges of experience, right down to a student who only had 3 lessons. There a few duets with child and parent along with teacher performances and some established performers. All types of music from Chopin, Jingle Bells to Radioheads “Creep” as arranged by our own student, Dave were played on a fog filled stage with a fabulous Steinway Model D grand piano. There were some wonderful snacks and treats for each of the recitals closing acts and a great celebration of talent. We can proudly say this was our best set of concerts to date. We are always so proud of every student who takes the stage to share their talent with us. Recitals are a wonderful opportunity to learn about preparation, performances and persistent practice! We are looking forward to another recital in the new year with even more exciting performances!
